Digital Alchemy is committed to delivering a great product on time, on budget and with 100% customer satisfaction. To ensure we stay on task we require that you thoroughly review and approve your design before we move to development (Phase II).

Please check the following items to verify that you have received, reviewed and approve of the design:

Color selection
Font choices/sizes
Navigation placement
Overall page layouts

After this document is signed any changes to the approved design will fall outside of the original contract and will be billed at the rate of $150 per hour or require a change order.

Approval: I understand that after this document is signed any changes to the approved design, an excess of additional pages, or requests for new features may result in additional fees.
