Digital Alchemy began the redesigning process with a comprehensive audit of the current website and conducted a needs assessment. Using the valuable information gathered, we analyzed user behavior and determined ways CLI could utilize a new website design to engage with its target audience and acquire new visitors. Among the most important aspects was the incorporation of advanced search and filtering options.
